Just can't get enough of SURF Photography!

Lovin the Surf on Kauai
Yes it's true, I love SURF photography! Now if only i could get paid to do it......hahaha that would be the dream! =-) I'd definitely need at least a 600mm lens to get the shots from shore, but my Canon 70-200 IS lens will just have to do for now. I'll let you all be the judge of these shots. Enjoy!

A Photo Walkabout
Some people may think walking around photographing flowers would be such a mundane task, especially fellow photographers. Well I say you haven't lived until you've walked around a tropical botanical garden on a Hawaiian Island capturing some of the most brilliant flowers you've ever laid eyes on! ( fyi! especially if you are unusually irresistible to mosquitos and must stay impossibly still for a close-up shot of petals while they are unabashedly feasting on you!) Here's a few of my favorite flowers I photographed on the south shore of Kauai while enduring LOTS of bites from those HUGE Jurassic size mosquitos! SURFING photography
This was a great day for surfing and body boarding in the Poipu area because of the south swell. I walked all around photographing the best surf spots and here are just a few pics that stood out to me.
